Our day began with an amazing experience of hospitality, music, and spiritual strength at Sivuyile National Baptist Church in Guguletu township. After lunch and a warm welcome provided by Rev. Rose's mother, sister, and sister-in-law in Bridgetown township, we finally were able to take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, where we enjoyed spectacular weather and beautiful views of mountains, clouds, Table Bay, and the city center. The highlight at dinner was a carrot cake from Charly's to celebrate Hazar's 21st birthday!
